Tasked with creating a modern brand identity that could be applied consistently across signage, print and digital media. Progressing work for a number of years as the site develops. FIVE is a stylish office development in the heart of Wimbledon, combining flexible workspace with an extensive range of amenities designed to encourage community, collaboration and wellbeing, all with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

We created a distinctive brand identity and visual language designed to work across every aspect of the marketing, from brochures through to the website and ongoing digital campaigns. As the refurbishment progresses, the marketing continues to evolve, using CGIs to communicate the vision for FIVE ahead of completion.

The result is a recognisable identity that brings together the building’s design, sustainability credentials and workplace experience across print and digital.
