ONE+THREE brings together two buildings at Arlington Square, offering businesses a choice of flexible workspace within an established business park.

We created a new identity and suite of marketing materials that brought the two buildings together under one distinctive brand. The project spanned print and digital, from the marketing brochure through to a new website designed to make exploring the available space simple and engaging.

As part of the site, we also developed an interactive space calculator, allowing businesses to estimate how much workspace they need based on their team size — adding useful functionality to the property search experience.
